Not too hard a journey

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

The horse's in my party are not doing it too tough as we travel to Duwamish. One of the ravens from the rookery caught Wildfire rolling in the meadow and Hilda having a pensive moment. I am not sure what she was thinking about. At this rate it will be many days before we arrive.

Hi Heather,
I am enjoying your sketches and you are doing very well. These horses are especially incredible as the positions would be difficult to draw, but you have managed to accomplish a good likeness!

I agree, heather, the sense of action you have captured is completely believable. you are a natural artist. those fancy pencils have freed the artist within!

These are not easy to draw, which shows a natural affinity for sure. Go for it!

Thank you so much for your encouraging words. I am finding my 'voice' and having a wonderful time sketching the journey. After years of writing it is an absolute novelty to find expression through pencils.
